Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead core Human Resource functions, including Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing workforce, implementing effective HR strategies, and aligning people practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  

  • Manage end-to-end hiring lifecycle, from workforce planning, sourcing, and selection to onboarding.
    

  • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and build efficient hiring pipelines.
    

  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
    

• Performance Management
  

  • Design and implement performance management frameworks to ensure fairness and transparency.
    

  • Drive goal-setting, appraisal cycles, and continuous feedback processes.
    

  • Coach and support managers in handling performance-related discussions and employee growth.
    

• HR Strategy & Engagement
  

  • Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with organizational objectives.
    

  • Drive employee engagement and retention programs to foster a positive culture.
    

  • Use HR analytics to provide insights and support workforce planning.
    

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  

• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment and performance management.
  

• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and labor laws.
  

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
  

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Familiarity with HR technology platforms and tools is an added advantage.
