We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead core Human Resource functions, including Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing workforce, implementing effective HR strategies, and aligning people practices with organizational goals.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end hiring lifecycle, from workforce planning, sourcing, and selection to onboarding.
Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and build efficient hiring pipelines.
Strengthen employer branding initiatives and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Performance Management
Design and implement performance management frameworks to ensure fairness and transparency.
Drive goal-setting, appraisal cycles, and continuous feedback processes.
Coach and support managers in handling performance-related discussions and employee growth.
HR Strategy & Engagement
Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with organizational objectives.
Drive employee engagement and retention programs to foster a positive culture.
Use HR analytics to provide insights and support workforce planning.
MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment and performance management.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and labor laws.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with HR technology platforms and tools is an added advantage.
