HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, edit, and update HR documents (offer letters, agreements, policies, PDFs).
  
• Support hiring flow: offer → documents → onboarding trackers.
  
• Collect & verify documents; maintain employee records.
  
• Assist with payroll inputs and coordination with finance.
  
• Communicate reminders, updates, and notices to employees.
  
• Follow HR SOPs and assist with implementation across teams.
  
• Support the Head of People with administrative and people -related tasks.
  
• Maintaining standard culture across all employees.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong MS Word, Excel, PDF editing and formatting skills.
  
• Clear and professional communication.
  
• Detail -oriented and organized.
  
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
  
• Basic understanding of HR processes
  

Nice to Have (Preferred):

• Experience in startups.
  
• Familiarity with payroll/HR tools (Razorpay Payroll, Zoho, etc.). Well -versed with AI tools
