We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR operations, talent management, and organizational development, along with a people-centric approach to building a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Qualities & Responsibilities

• Solid experience in HR leadership, organizational development, and operational HR management
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end talent acquisition and implement effective hiring strategies
• Strong background in employee engagement, performance management, and fostering a high-performance environment
• Hands-on experience in HR compliance, policy creation and implementation, and payroll processing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to drive culture-building initiatives that support employee growth and organizational success
• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience
