HR Manager

1. Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, creative, operational, and leadership roles 
   
2. Drive sourcing strategies and build a predictable talent pipeline 
   
3. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview structures 
   
4. Ensure fast, efficient, and high -quality hiring with minimal drop -offs 
   
5. Manage onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, and employee lifecycle processes 
   
6. Drive performance reviews, OKRs, and career development workflows 
   
7. Implement HR policies, guidelines, and frameworks suited for a growth -stage agency 
   
8. Maintain compliance with labor laws and ensure smooth HR operations 
   
9. Build a positive, transparent, high -ownership culture
   
10. Conduct 1:1 check -ins, pulse surveys, and engagement initiatives 
    
11. Resolve conflicts or grievances with empathy and fairness 
    
12. Support managers in improving team communication and collaboration
    
13. Develop HR dashboards for hiring, attrition, engagement, and performance
    
    

Requirements

1. Forecast manpower needs with leadership
   
2. Recommend improvements in processes, policies, and team structure
   
3. Ensure HR functions align with business goals and company growth trajectory 
   
4. 5 -8 years of experience in HR, with at least 2+ years in an HR Manager or senior generalist role
   
5. Experience in digital agencies, tech companies, or startups is preferred
   
6. Strong understanding of recruitment, people operations, and HR compliance
   
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
   
8. Ability to build trust with leadership and employees 
   
9. Problem -solving, mediation, and decision -making skills 
   
10. High ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast -paced environment 
    
11. Comfort using HRMS tools, ATS, and reporting dashboards
