We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Generalist Manager with strong hands -on exposure in the BPO and IT industry. The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of fast -paced BPO and IT environments, high -volume workforce management, attrition control strategies, statutory compliance and the ability to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
â Manage end -to -end HR operations including employee lifecycle management, employee relations, compliance, performance management, stakeholder management, and HR strategy execution.
â Work closely with delivery heads, operations managers, and leadership teams.
â Provide HR insights and analytics to drive business decisions.
â Develop attrition control strategies specific to BPO environment.
â Conduct pulse surveys, skip -level meetings, and feedback sessions.
â Drive recognition programs and performance culture.
â Implement and manage performance appraisal cycles.
â Coach managers on performance improvement plans (PIP).
â Align KRAs/OKRs with business objectives.
â Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
â Conduct domestic inquiries where required.
â Handle conflict resolution and escalation management.
â Promote a positive and compliant work culture.
â Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable to IT and BPO industry.
â Manage audits related to PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.
â Maintain updated HR documentation and policy framework.
â Generate monthly HR dashboards (attrition, headcount, cost analysis, absenteeism).
â Analyze trends and provide strategic recommendations.
â Present HR metrics to senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
â Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
â 12+ years of HR Generalist experience, including manager level roles in the BPO industry.
â Proven experience in policy development and implementation.
â Familiarity with performance management and employee engagement strategies.
â Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
â Prior exposure to IT services/BPO organization preferred.
