About
the Role

We
are looking for a proactive and outcome -driven manager with non -IT companies experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, and Performance
Management.

Key
Responsibilities

1. HR Operations: Manage end‑to‑end employee
lifecycle including onboarding, attendance & payroll, admin -related
activities ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.

2. Talent Acquisition: Manage end‑to‑end
recruitment by coordinating with hiring managers for manpower planning.

3. Performance Management: Enhance employee
productivity by conducting daily audits and maintaining evaluation and feedback
records.

4. Learning & Development: Focus on coaching rather than
training as Axis My India has daily PMS culture.

Requirements

Hands‑on, action‑oriented individual; not limited to communication but capable of driving initiatives to measurable outcome
Ability
to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Strong
problem‑solving and employee‑relation abilities
We are only looking for candidates from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, & Bangalore willing
to relocate to Mumbai
