Job Description - HR Manager

Responsibilities

End-to-End Sales Function Management ( HRBP, TA responsibilities primarily
- Hiring Lead ( B2C Function, B2B Function, Career Services Function)
- Onboarding
- Admin (Communication through the employee life cycle in BI, offer letter , cloud telephony ,seat management )
- Recruiter Team Management
- Initial Training
- Incentive Management
- Performance Management & Employee Query Resolution
- Learning & Development
- Payroll
- Employee Engagement
- Data Management

Reporting
Reporting to Sales Head and dotted line reporting to co-founder
