Job Description:
· Leading entire spectrum of HR and Admin across multiple locations by understanding business needs, designing, executing, and promoting HR & Admin policies, goals & plans for the whole organization.
· Partner with top leadership and business managers to co -create strategic HR roadmaps that enhance capability, engagement, retention, and productivity.
· Direct all core HR & Admin verticals comprising of Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee Retention, Employee Grievances, Local labor laws, Expat/Impact Management, Security, House Keeping, Vendor management, Payroll administration, and Legal compliance.
· Defining Human Resource metrics & Manpower forecast for the future business strategy and strategizing for employee exits & arranging suitable replacements. for strategic manpower planning.

· Design and execute organization -wide training & development programs aligned with leadership and capability -building goals.
· Continuously refresh HR policies, handbooks, and systems to reflect statutory compliance, company values, and evolving workplace standards.
· Foster a culture of accountability and discipline, ensuring a respectful and compliant workplace governed by zero -tolerance principles.
· Managing employee conferences/governance with top executives and administrative teams to address operational challenges, budgetary affairs, technical issues, and business updates.
