Job Description - HR Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for leading the organization's human resources function by driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The role partners with business leaders to build a high performing, compliant, and employee -centric workplace.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Lead end -to -end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Drive performance management, goal setting, and employee development.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Oversee payroll, employee benefits, leave, and HR administration.
Manage HRIS, employee records, and HR reporting.
Design and coordinate learning, training, and engagement initiatives.
Support organizational change, succession planning, and culture -building.
Provide HR insights and metrics to support business decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including team leadership.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR operations, and HRIS platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem -solving skills.
