Headsup Corporation is Hiring | HR Manager – Fitness Industry

Location: Sector 56, Gurugram 

Working: 5 Days a Week 

Compensation: Up to 30% hike on current CTC 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for fitness coaches (domestic & international hiring)


• Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent globally


• Manage the complete employee lifecycle – onboarding, engagement, performance & retention


• Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives


• Build and strengthen employer branding in the fitness industry


• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational standards


• Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives


• Track HR metrics and improve processes for efficiency and scalability

 Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources


• Prior experience in fitness, wellness, or service-based industry preferred


• Strong exposure to hiring fitness coaches/trainers (international hiring is a plus)


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment


• Strong understanding of HR practices, compliance, and talent management
