Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage core HR functions including HR operations, recruitment, payroll processing, labor compliance, and grievance handling. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end HR practices and capable of handling day-to-day employee administration efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  Manage complete HR operations and employee life cycle processes.

  Handle recruitment, screening, coordination, and onboarding of candidates.

  
  


• 
  

  Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain labor law compliance and statutory records.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain HR documentation, attendance, leave, and personal records.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with internal departments for HR support and employee relations.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Support audits and compliance-related documentation as required.

  
  

Required Skills

  Strong knowledge of HR operations and payroll processing.

  Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances.

Eligibility Criteria

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  Relevant experience in HR operations / payroll / compliance preferred.

  Candidates with experience in manufacturing or engineering industry will be preferred.
