Job Description - HR Manager

Role-HR Manager

Location-Nariman Point

Salary-5lpa to 7.50lpa

Shift: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Alternate Saturdays off, with Sunday as a fixed off day.

Both male and female candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment across functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing
and offer management.
Drive onboarding and employee lifecycle processes to ensure a smooth employee
experience.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes and people practices aligned with
organizational needs.
Need recruitment experience into IT & Non IT hiring internal.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
Partner with managers and founders on performance management, employee development
and people-related initiatives.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation and ensure timely completion of HR
processes.
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave and other HR operations.
Support employees with HR-related queries and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Track and report key people metrics to support informed HR and business decisions.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company
policies.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations or related roles.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies and employee engagement.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR initiatives.

Preferred

Experience working in a startup or fast-growth environment.
Experience in healthcare, healthtech or SaaS.
Familiarity with HRMS and people analytics tools.
Experience in building HR processes and policies from the ground up.
