Job Description:
We are looking for a highly presentable and communicative HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder management, talent acquisition, and onboarding induction.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as a primary HR contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Collaborate with department heads to understand and meet their staffing needs.
Onboarding and Induction:
Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Conduct induction sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and values.
Monitor the onboarding process and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and onboarding induction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
