Role and Responsibilities:The Rewards Consultant will be required to develop, review, coordinate and implement effective strategies, procedures and programs related to compensation and benefitsKey Responsibilities:- Build rewards relevant and tailored to Internal ANSR Talent- Deliver high quality, effective solutions in the following areas:- Market benchmarking (Compensation / Benefits)- Pay ranges design & implementation- Benefits design- Budgeting / annual cycle management- Compensation structuring- Statutory impact & related updates- Manage C&B project modules independently- Present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to internal team- Collate, analyze and create thought papers on the state of the marketExperience and Requirements:Required Experience and Skills:- 10+ years of experience in a compensation role- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data / insights- High level of proficiency in MS Office- Regional / global experience in C&BPreferred Experience and Skills:- Proficiency in data management / visualization tools suite like Flow, Sharepoint / Tableau, PowerBI would be an added advantage- University degree in HR with a Masters / MBA strongly required- Associated experiences across HR would be a strong bonusRequired Competencies:- Technical Expertise: Compensation & Benefits exposure as outlined above- Written and Verbal Communication: Delivers clear, effective communication and takes responsibility for understanding others.
