The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives that support organizational goals. The role is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, workforce planning, learning and development, and employee engagement. The incumbent will ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains high-performing talent while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
MBA in Human Resource Management.
8–10+ years of progressive HR experience.
Experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
Experience supporting large and diverse employee populations.
Exposure to Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, or Service sectors is preferred.
Experience working with HRMS/ATS platforms and people analytics tools.
Local candidates needed.
