Job Description - HR Manager Plant +HO

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle end -to -end HR operations for manufacturing plants and head office
• Manage plant -level HR including manpower planning, attendance, shift management, statutory compliances, and contract labour
• Handle labour law compliance, inspections, and audits
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, HR MIS, and performance management
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling
• Act as a bridge between management and shop -floor workforce
