HR Officer

In this role, your mission is to drive employee experience, learning culture, HR operations and digital transformation for multi brands using Atlas Copco's "The Way We Do Things". You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.'

Educational and Experience requirement:

• Masters in Business Administration/ specializing in HR/pursuing Diploma in HR from a recognized university


• Bachelors in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical will be an added advantage


• 1-3 years of HR Generalist experience. HR Generalist experience from similar industry would be preferrred


• Excellent hands-on experience of Microsoft office tools and profiency in HRIS applications needed


• Fluency in English language


• Knowledge of Indian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices 


• Willingness to travel moderately across India for HR-related activities.
