Role Overview:
Responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent across functions to meet organizational staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end -to -end hiring process: screening, interviewing, and offer roll -out.
2. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
4. Conduct candidate assessments and background checks.
5. Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports. Manage HR metrics, reporting, and audits.
6. Assist new hires during onboarding and induction processes.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.
8. Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing HR guidance.
9. Support employee engagement and learning & development activities.
10. Assist in performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
11. Handle employee relations and grievances.
Requirements
1. Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
2. 1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
3. Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast -paced environment.
5. Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
6. Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
