Job Description - HR Operation Associate

About Us

W Health has set up India’s first Venture Studio called 2070 Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in whitespaces. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business. Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operation Associate to join our People team. The Associate will be responsible for identifying potential process initiatives, payroll and hiring. He/She will be managing offer letters, leaves and insurance for the employees.

Responsibilties

Operation Excellence

  1. Ownership of the HR operations function in the APAC (including HR systems, immigration, global mobility, and policies) and help scale existing processes for growth and innovation based on business needs.
  2. Co-design and execute the People Ops roadmap that will result in automation, standardization, and centralization of People Team processes and systems
  3. Monitor and proactively manage key operational policies(eg: onboarding, employee experience, insurance)
  4. Complete onboarding formalities and induction of new joiners. Maintain employee record/personal file and ensure background verification of all new joinees within TAT.
  5. End-to-end payroll and benefits processing through external payroll processing vendor.
  6. Oversee leave and attendance administration and Vendor management

Hiring

  1. Identifying candidates by leveraging all tools – Industry Networks, Referencing, LinkedIn and head-hunting passive candidates
  2. Preparing a shortlist of candidates and engaging with a relevant candidate pool.
  3. Comprehensive Interviews with candidates to understand their profile, career path, growth trajectory, motivators, areas of development, red flags if any
  4. Formalizing compensation break-up reports to understand CTC calculations including Variable/Bonus and ESOP pay-out plans

Requirements

You have 3-6 years of overall experience in hiring & handling HR operations

You have experience on working on ATS tool and handling payroll

You have strong communication and people skills (we will be speaking with candidates and senior leaders everyday)

Experience with recruiting for start-ups, healthcare and D2C companies is preferred.
