Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Payroll Management with 100% accuracy
• Statutory Compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment
• Handling statutory filings, audits, and documentation
• Attendance & leave management impacting payroll
• HR policy implementation and governance
• Compensation and benefits administration
• HRMS management (GreytHR preferred)
• Onboarding, exit, and F&F settlements
• Employee payroll/attendance-related grievance handling
• Team coordination and process optimization

Requirements

• 15+ years in HR Operations with strong HR Operations as well as Payroll & Compliance experience
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR
• Hands-on knowledge of PF/ESIC portals, HRMS tools & Excel
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Personal Laptop is a must.
