    • Conduct HR-related induction and orientation sessions, explaining company policies, benefits, and HR processes.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

  • HR Ticket Handling and Query Resolution

    • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, managers, and external partners via the HR Shared Services ticketing system.

    • Efficiently manage and resolve a high volume of tickets related to various HR topics, including policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), benefits, and data changes.

    • Ensure all tickets are logged, categorized, tracked, and resolved within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

    • Escalate complex or specialized issues to the appropriate HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) or other departments, ensuring a smooth handoff and follow-up.

    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the knowledge base by documenting resolutions and frequently asked questions (FAQs).

  • Compliance and Audit Support

    • Ensure strict compliance with all local Indian labor laws and company policies during the onboarding and record-keeping processes.

    • Support internal and external HR audits by providing necessary documentation and data.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3–4 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on onboarding and compliance in large employee organizations (at least 3000 employees)

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of statutory labor laws and regulations.

  • Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
