| Roles and Responsibilities : | • Talent Sourcing: Actively source, identify, and screen candidates for junior to mid -level roles using job portals and professional networks Provide regular updates to Group HR on sourcing activities and outcomes Maintain accurate and secure candidate data in Darwinbox and electronic personnel files Assist with interview scheduling and recruitment coordination • Pre -employment Screening, Onboarding and Recruitment Operations: Manage end -to -end pre -employment screening activities, including coordination with third -party screening agencies Track screening cases, ensure timely completion, and escalate cases requiring adjudication as per policy Serve as a point of contact for new hires prior to joining, jointly with Group HR recruiters Collect and follow up on pre -employment documentation including contracts, benefits enrolment, IT setup, and related paperwork Update new hire information in Darwinbox and ensure onboarding workflows are completed prior to joining Support coordination of first -day onboarding programmes • Other HR Support: Support Group HR through participation in HR projects, recruitment support, HR system enhancements, and process improvements Take on broader HR operations responsibilities over time based on business requirements |
