Job Description - HR Ops- Borivali- 40k (Jewellery Store)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

1.     Onboarding and Orientation

    Greet new employees warmly and make them feel welcome

    Provide an overview of the organization’s culture, values and mission

    Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies and procedures

 

2.     Employee Engagement

    Developing and delivering the organizations internal communication strategy, planning a calendar of activities, organizing events and increasing the level of employee engagement promoting a positive work culture, and fostering a diverse and inclusive environment

    Addressing any concerns or issues raised by employees, conducting investigations and delivering effective resolutions

    Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders

    Facilitate daily interactions between front office and back office departments to cultivate robust interpersonal skills among employees and HR

    Conduct regular employee engagement surveys to gauge and enhance the employee satisfaction index

    Collaborate closely with the Flipcarbon HR team to facilitate HR engagement initiatives and practices.

 

3.     Performance Management:

    Execute and monitor Performance Management System from Time to Time in Organization

    Oversee and Co-ordinate the overall performance review process and ensure the timelines are duly met

    Providing feedback and guidance to employees and managers on the PMS process

    Coordinate with Team Leaders and Project Managers to evaluate and assess the teams performance and plan for its improvement.

    Maintaining the track of employees in probation period, processing the probation confirmation or extension. Gathering & maintaining the feedback, issuing and tracking the letters status.

    Overseeing the performance review process, providing feedback and guidance to employees and managers, and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary

 

4.     Training and Development:

    Identifying training needs within the organization

    Co-ordinating and organizing training programs

    Evaluating training effectiveness

 

5.     Policy development and enforcement:

    Developing and updating HR policies

    Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and enforcing disciplinary actions when necessary

 

6.     HR Administration:

    Maintaining employee records and databases

    Handling confidential information, and generating HR reports as required

 

7.     Compensation and Benefits:

    Should have complete knowledge in Processing Payroll inputs like, LOP, RLOP Earnings & Deductions, Salary revisions, Gratuity etc

 

8.     Rewards and Recognition:

      Creating launch communication, drive Rewards & Recognition event/ contests. Creating theme-based invites and conduct RSVPs.

      Preparing relevant and insightful communication material for participants like invitees, scripts, show flow, speaker notes etc. Analyze, track, and report on event spends v/s allocated budget.

9.     HR Projects and Initiatives:

      Participating in organizational HR projects, such as implementing new HR systems, conducting employee surveys, or driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.

 

Educational Qualifications:

      Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, business, or a related field

      3-4 years of previous experience in a similar role in any industry. Preference for experience in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.

 

Required skills:

      Strong verbal and written communication skills.

      Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and management.

      Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

      Proficient in handling confidential information discreetly

      Proficient in handling MS-Office, mailbox management, HRIS

      Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams

 




Requirements
Unique business requirements:. ● Looking at the nature of the job, the candidate should be willing to work from the office. ● We work 6 days a week i.e. Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday being weekly-off). ● And work hours will coincide with the business peak timings, that is 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
