Role Summary:

We are looking for experienced Payroll Specialists with expertise in UK Payroll to manage end -to -end payroll operations for global employees. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll reconciliation, and Workday or similar HRMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end -to -end UK payroll (Weekly, Bi -Weekly, Semi -Monthly & Monthly).
  
• Perform payroll validation, Gross -to -Net calculations, reconciliation, and audits.
  
• Handle arrears, retro pay, tax adjustments, statutory payments, overtime, and timesheets.
  
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and data privacy standards.
  
• Resolve payroll queries while meeting SLA and quality standards.
  
• Support payroll reporting, year -end activities, and process improvements.
