HR PMO Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

HR PMO & Talent and Learning Specialist

to join our Human Resources team, within the

Talent Management & HR Strategy team . This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of various HR projects and initiatives, including new initiatives and key talent programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PMO activities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.The role will work with the CHRO and gain enterprise HR exposure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Office (PMO):Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.Coordinate and lead regular project status meetings and

stakeholder updates .Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.Monitor project progress and performance, addressing issues and risks promptly.Develop communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across various departments.Facilitate collaboration and communication among stakeholders.Talent management & L&D:Plan and execute key talent initiatives and programs.Identify and address development needs within the talent pool.Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.Identify needs for learning, design programs and deliver impact with strong Business collaboration.Track and report on program outcomes and metrics.Reporting and Analytics:Generate regular reports on project status, risks, and performance metrics.Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations.Develop dashboards and visual aids to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

Education:MBA in Human Resources from a reputable institution .Experience:3-6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Talent Management and Learning & Development.Proven experience in managing HR projects and programs.Strong background in change management and stakeholder engagement.Skills:Excellent

project management

skills, including planning, execution, and reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Strong organizational and time management skills.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
