Job Description - HR Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities:

Source,
screen, interview, and hire candidates for various roles, primarily focused on
sales, marketing, and support teams.
Maintain strong communication with candidates,
ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand
role requirements and ensure efficient and timely recruitment.
Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new
hires integrate smoothly into the team.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular
updates to management on progress.

Requirements

Shift Timings: 12 pm to 6 pm, 5 Days Working

Salary Up to: 5.4 LPA

Required Qualification: MBA in Human Resource Management

Required Experience: Minimum 2 Years.
