We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in International BPO hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for voice and non-voice international process roles, ensuring timely and quality hires that meet our growing business needs.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and referrals
Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Manage the recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Meet hiring targets and deadlines consistently
Stay updated with market trends in BPO recruitment
1–3 years of hands-on experience in International BPO recruitment
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and screening methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Flexibility to work in night shifts (if applicable)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
Experience hiring for US/UK voice processes
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment CRM platforms
Background in volume/mass hiring
