HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in International BPO hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for voice and non-voice international process roles, ensuring timely and quality hires that meet our growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and referrals
  

• Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  

• Manage the recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding
  

• Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports
  

• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  

• Meet hiring targets and deadlines consistently
  

• Stay updated with market trends in BPO recruitment
  

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in International BPO recruitment
  

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and screening methodologies
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  

• Flexibility to work in night shifts (if applicable)
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
  

Good to Have:

• Experience hiring for US/UK voice processes
  

• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment CRM platforms
  

• Background in volume/mass hiring
