HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with experience in both IT and Non -IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and a keen interest in learning and supporting other HR functions beyond recruitment.

• Assist in HR operations such as onboarding documentation and employee records
  

• Support employee engagement activities and events
  

• Gain exposure to HR policies, compliance, and payroll coordination
  

• Participate in performance management and appraisal cycles
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in IT as well as Non -IT hiring
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  

• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
  

• Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals
  

• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new HR processes
  

• Strong coordination and follow -up skills
