HR Recruiter

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and referrals
  
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
  
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  
• Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to improve processes continuously and strategies.
  

Requirements

• Any Graduate
  
• Experience of 6 months to 1+ years
  
• Excellent Sourcing Skills
  
• Good knowledge of resume screening
  
• Working experience on any ATS software is a plus (We are using Zoho - Recruit)
  
• Knowledge of Naukri & LinkedIn job boards is added advantage
  
• Good communication skills
