HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end -to -end recruitment for residential projects.
  
• Hire positions such as Facility Manager, MEP Supervisor, Electrician, Plumber, STP Operator, Housekeeping Staff, Security, and Technicians.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and field recruitment.
  
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
  
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
  
• Maintain recruitment database and daily hiring reports.
  
• Handle offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.
  
• Coordinate with operations team for manpower planning.
  
• Ensure timely closure of positions.
  

Requirements

• strong experience in non -IT recruitment.
  
• Experience in residential apartment hiring is mandatory.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Knowledge of Excel and recruitment tracking.
  
• Ability to handle bulk hiring and immediate requirements.
  

Qualification

• Any Degree / MBA HR preferred.
