HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and achieving recruitment targets within the defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.


• Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers.


• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.


• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.


• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.


• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.


• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.


• Negotiate salary packages and roll out offer letters.


• Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.

Candidate & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.


• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.


• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


• Coordinate with HR Operations for documentation and joining formalities.

Recruitment Operations

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.


• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.


• Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and updated.
