HR Recruiter Architecture Industry

We are hiring an HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience, preferably in the architecture/interior design industry. The candidate will be responsible for end -to -end recruitment for architectural, design roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  
• Screen candidate portfolios across all typologies.
  
• Manage hiring through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers for staffing requirements.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
  
• Manage offer rollout and onboarding process.
  

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
  
• Experience in recruitment for architecture/interior/design firms preferred.
  
• Understanding of architectural/design portfolios and hiring requirements.
  
• Good communication skills.
