Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end -to -end IT recruitment for domestic clients
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  
• Coordinate interviews and follow -ups with candidates and clients
  
• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles
  
• Maintain strong candidate pipeline and database
  
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
  
• Achieve recruitment targets and timelines
