Hiring: Non -IT HR Recruiter | Well -Known Paints Company

We are looking for an experienced Non -IT HR Recruiter to join a well -known paints company.

Location: New Town, Kolkata

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk hiring

• Prior experience in BPO hiring and Sales hiring is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screening candidate profiles provided by the company

• Conducting HR interviews

• Assessing candidate suitability for the role

• Coordinating interview processes and maintaining interview records

• Ensuring timely interview closures

No sourcing is required for this role.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Good understanding of recruitment processes

• Ability to work in a fast -paced environment
