About the Opportunity
A fast-growing real estate technology platform operating across India, we’re redefining how talent, transactions, and teams come together in the property sector. We enable developers, brokers, and agents to scale operations with smart hiring, data-driven talent matching, and workflow automation—backed by a dynamic, mission-driven HR tech team that’s building the future of people operations in real estate.

Role & Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and hire top-tier sales, operations, and field teams for real estate verticals across Indian cities.


• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and niche real estate networks.


• Partner with hiring managers to define role benchmarks, interview rubrics, and hiring success metrics.


• Conduct high-volume phone screens and video interviews to assess cultural fit, domain knowledge, and performance potential.


• Onboard and integrate new hires with seamless experience, ensuring they’re equipped to hit the ground running.


• Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and recommend process improvements.
