Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team,you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for a variety of technical roles. Key Responsibilities:
End -to -End Recruitment Process: Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers for final selection.
Candidate Sourcing: Leverage various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening of candidates, ensuring they meet the required qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical teams and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and updates.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment activities.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment, ensuring we attract top talent in a competitive market.
Key Qualifications:
Education: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.
Passion for Recruitment: Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders professionally.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, technical teams, and HR colleagues to achieve hiring goals.
Adaptability: A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast -paced work environment.
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of IT Recruitment Tools: Familiarity with job portals, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
Understanding of IT Roles: Expert in understanding of technical roles such as software developers to Architect level, Familiar on Salesforce Technology, etc., will be an added advantage.
