Job Description - HR Recruitment Associate

The HR Recruitment Associate owns full-cycle
recruitment execution for SKO Systems, from sourcing through offer rollout,
with a mandate to use AI-enabled tools to speed up screening and first-round
interviews and directly reduce the company's current ~4-month time-to-fill.
This role executes the sourcing strategy and channel relationships built by the
Senior HR Manager, and hands off every successful hire to the HR Manager at
offer acceptance.

Sourcing & Pipeline Building
•            Source
candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus channels, and
the talent-pool relationships established by the Senior HR Manager.
•            Maintain a
healthy, diverse pipeline for all open technical and non-technical roles.
AI-Assisted Screening & First-Round Interviews
•            Use
AI-assisted resume-screening and interview-automation tools to conduct or
coordinate first-round screening interviews at scale.
•            Apply
structured, documented evaluation criteria consistently for every candidate.
Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience
•            Schedule
and coordinate technical and panel interviews with hiring managers.
•            Ensure
timely, professional communication with every candidate throughout the process.
Offer Management & Pre-Employment Formalities
•            Extend
offers within approved bands and negotiate within guidelines.
•            Coordinate
background checks and references; prepare appointment letters.
•            Hand off
accepted candidates to the HR Manager for onboarding.

Recruitment Metrics & Reporting

• Track and
report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline
health, offer-acceptance rate) to the Senior HR Manager.
• Maintain
accurate ATS/HRMS candidate records.

Requirements

Minimum Education : Bachelor's
degree required

Discipline/Major : Human
Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Required Certifications : None
mandatory
Required Years & Area of Experience : 1–3 years of recruitment or talent
acquisition experience; entry-to-early-career candidates with direct exposure
to technical hiring will be considered (proposed range — adjust as needed)
Critical Technical/Computer Skills : ATS/HRMS platforms (Zoho Recruit or similar); LinkedIn Recruiter;
AI-assisted sourcing and screening tools (e.g., resume parsing/scoring,
automated first-round video-interview platforms); MS Office/Google Workspace
Other Requirements (Key Competencies) : High-volume, multi-requisition management; professionalism and
candidate-experience orientation; attention to detail; adaptability; sufficient
understanding of technical roles (Android, Angular,.NET, SQL/Oracle, DevOps)
to screen effectively
Preferred Education : PG
Diploma in Human Resources
Preferred Experience : Prior
recruiting experience in a technology or software product company; hands-on use
of AI recruiting tools
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
