Requirements

QUALIFICATION &
SKILL SET

• 2-4 years of experience as a Talent
  Acquisition.
  
• Responsible for overseeing
  talent acquisition.
  
• Familiar with social media, C.V. Databases, and professional networks
  
• Full-cycle recruiting, using
  various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking
  Systems
  
• Proficiency in documenting
  processes and keeping up with industry trends
  
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in
  human resources management.
