This is a rare and distinctive role at the intersection of People, Technology, and AI.
You will own Keyloop’s People Technology ecosystem and HR data infrastructure, including rebuilding a Python-based analytics platform connected to our data lake and core HR systems. This platform will deliver secure, SSO-enabled insights and power reporting across People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Engagement. You will also lead integrations with systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
Alongside this, you will act as an internal expert in agentic AI. You will enable teams to confidently use AI and data, combining hands-on building with strong teaching and influencing.
Operating with high autonomy, you will partner with senior leadership to shape both what we build and how AI is adopted globally.
Role & Resonsibilities
People Data Platform & Dashboard
- Own the rebuild and ongoing development of the HR analytics dashboard, a Python/Streamlit application connected to our data lake, surfaced to ELT and SLT via SSO.
- Design and maintain the data architecture underpinning the platform: pipelines, schemas, and data models drawing from SAP SuccessFactors and other People platforms.
- Develop and manage API integrations with core HR technology platforms, negotiating and owning data access arrangements where required.
- Build and maintain dedicated dashboard views for People Metrics, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement, collaborating with respective functional leads.
- Own BAU reporting across the HR function, ensuring outputs are accurate and timely while continuously driving automation and self-service evolution.
- Ensure all people data is handled in compliance with GDPR and applicable local data protection law, maintaining appropriate access controls and audit trails.
- Collaborate with third-party contacts to establish, troubleshoot, and evolve data feeds and API connections.
HR AI & Intelligent Tooling
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows and tooling for the People function, including LLM-based automations, agentic pipelines, and intelligent document processing.
- Develop production-ready HR AI applications using the Anthropic API and other LLM platforms, covering use cases such as attrition signal detection, skills inference, policy Q&A, and candidate processing.
- Design and implement batch processing pipelines for large-scale HR data tasks, including document analysis, contract review, and data audits.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks and make pragmatic, well-reasoned recommendations on adoption.
AI Enablement & Learning
- Act as the internal subject matter expert on agentic AI for the HR function, sharing knowledge, running sessions, and building practical AI capability in the HR space.
- Design and deliver AI and data literacy learning for HR and G&A colleagues.
- Support G&A function leads in identifying their own AI and data opportunities, helping them build the confidence to own their journey rather than depend on a central resource.
- Develop reusable frameworks, playbooks, and self-service tooling that allow non-technical colleagues to work effectively with AI and data.
- Champion responsible AI adoption, helping colleagues understand governance, data privacy, and risk alongside the opportunity.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Engage directly with leadership as the owner of the People data dashboard, presenting insight, responding to requests, and managing the product roadmap.
- Work closely with senior HR leadership to align the People Technology roadmap with the broader People strategy and business priorities.
- Partner with IT Infrastructure on cloud architecture (AWS), pipeline deployment, and alignment to Keyloop’s technology standards.
- Contribute to Keyloop’s wider AI governance and data ethics approach, representing the People function’s interests and requirements.
