HR Tech Lead

5+ years of development experience in the HR Tech domain (ATS, Recruitment Platform Integration, HRIS, or Survey Systems) Knowledge of the recruitment domain: Job Board APIs / XML Feeds, Applicant Tracking, and Recruitment Funnel Analytics Tech Lead experience (leading teams of 3–8 members, including requirement breakdown, code reviews, and release management) Experience in REST API design and external SaaS integrations Japanese: Able to read specification documents and participate in regular meetings (approximately JLPT N3 level, with emphasis on reading and writing) Practical experience in AI-driven development (currently using Claude, Gemini, or similar tools to improve development productivity) Preferred Practical knowledge of Japanese recruitment platforms (Indeed, Air Work, etc.) – directly applicable to RC enhancement Experience implementing Gemini API / LLM applications (RAG, Prompt Evaluation, HITL) Domain knowledge of employee engagement surveys and HR performance evaluation systems (directly applicable to SANBO-related projects) Experience bridging collaboration between the Japan team and GCC

Knowledge of Zoho products (Recruit and People).
