HR/Admin Executive

We are looking for an HR Executive, to manage our company recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. The responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies, and setting objectives for the HR team.

Responsibilities and duties

• Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT Recruitments.
• Being actively involved in IT recruitment by preparing job descriptions, understanding the requirement, sourcing by using databases, social media and portals network sites, references, headhunting, database, etc.
• Familiarity with the Recruitment life cycle- 60% IT recruitment and 40% Generalist Role.
• Screening resumes – performing in-person and telephonic interviews with candidates.
• Strong experience in Compliance, Performance Management, Employee Retention, Employees Compensation, etc.
• Travel Management, Expense Management, Vendor Management, Handling General Queries & regular routine office management.
• Build channels for sourcing relevant profiles through social media, job portals and by connecting with colleges & other recruiters.
• Manage all the Administration related works on daily basis.
• Looking after day to day office activities, record attendance.
• Willingness to work beyond the call of duty.

Skills and Requirement

• Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
• Master degree in Human Resources Management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Quick Learner with a flexible attitude
• Good Knowledge of MS. Office
