Job Description: Position Overview: The HRBP will play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience from the moment they join our family until they retire, under the guidance of well\-known HR experts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition: ⢠Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and hire top talent, ensuring that staffing needs are met. ⢠Implement efficient and effective onboarding processes to welcome new employees.
.2. Joining and Onboarding: ⢠Develop and oversee comprehensive onboarding programs that immerse new employees into our culture, values, and mission. ⢠Ensure a seamless joining process, including document verification and introduction to company policies.
3. Performance Management: ⢠Implement performance appraisal processes that provide timely and constructive feedback to enhance employee growth and success.
4. Succession Planning: ⢠Work with leadership to identify and develop high\-potential employees, creating a robust succession plan.
5. Compensation and Benefits: ⢠Collaborate with the HR team to design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
6. Training and Development: ⢠Identify training needs, design programs, and facilitate learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
7. HR Policy Development: ⢠Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and best practices.
8. Diversity and Inclusion: ⢠Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment.
9. Change Management: ⢠Support organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt and ensuring smooth transitions.
10. Employee Engagement: ⢠Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
11. HR Metrics and Reporting:
⢠Create and analyse HR metrics and reports to provide insights for informed decision\-making.
Qualifications: ⢠Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. ⢠Proven experience as an HRBP in a manufacturing or engineering company. ⢠Strong knowledge of KRA/KPI implementation and documentation. ⢠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ⢠A go\-getter attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
