This position exists to design and implement HR interventions especially in the area of Talent Acquisition, Talent management, Engagement and Employee Relations with the objective of enabling business achievement in the short term and preparing the organization for the future.

Minimum Requirements:
BE / B. Tech ,MBA/MSW/Labor laws & Labor welfare degree (HR and Industrial Relations)
Relevant Experience of 5 - 6 years
Talent Acquisition
Understanding business requirements, deploying most effective TA strategies to secure talent in line with the TA guidelines and budget- especially for all critical roles & Sales function. Building effective measures to do talent mapping.

Talent management
To implement the Talent management framework to retain and develop talent by facilitating identification of HiPos, Critical roles, succession planning, collaborating with business to create IDPs/ drive implementation to name a few. This involves a close partnership with CEOs.
Developing and implementing ER framework and Compliance Management
Develops ER framework, provide effective advice and counseling to RHRs & front line managers on all matters involving employee relations; Conducts and effectively closes out thorough investigations to resolve employee relations issues. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance through RHR.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building
To design and facilitate the implementation of Employee engagement & communication initiatives. Drive VGAS survey and action planning, drives Values campaign and work on specific cultural interventions as per business need.
Payroll administration, HR analytics & Business planning
Support with HR budgeting, business planning and use analytics to leverage synergies across the HR team to maximize our collective business impact. Ensure timely, compliant and errorfree payroll administration.
