We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Consumer Technology & Growth Professional to contribute to the growth and scaling of a high-growth consumer-focused business. The role combines consumer technology, digital platforms, business growth, strategic execution, and cross-functional leadership.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in consumer businesses or scaling B2C platforms and understand how technology, digital experiences, customer journeys, and business strategy come together to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic and operational initiatives focused on consumer growth, digital platforms, and B2C business expansion.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall consumer experience.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Support the scaling and optimisation of consumer-facing web and digital platforms.
• Translate consumer insights and business requirements into actionable product, technology, and operational initiatives.
• Analyse customer behaviour, business performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help develop and implement scalable processes, systems, and operating models to support business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritise initiatives, manage execution, and ensure timely delivery.
• Evaluate new technologies, digital capabilities, and business opportunities relevant to consumer growth.
• Support strategic projects involving market expansion, partnerships, customer experience, and business operations.
• Monitor key business and consumer metrics and use data-driven insights to improve performance.
• Work with senior stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Participate in business meetings, market visits, stakeholder engagements, and travel as required.
• Identify operational and technology bottlenecks and drive initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Take ownership of high-priority initiatives from strategy through execution and measurable outcomes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6+ years of professional experience in consumer technology, digital businesses, B2C platforms, consulting, strategy, product, growth, or related roles.
• Proven experience working with consumer-facing businesses or scaling B2C platforms.
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, digital customer journeys, and online business models.
• Experience working with web and digital platforms, preferably in high-growth or technology-driven environments.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to connect technology and business initiatives to growth outcomes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams.
• Strong problem-solving and project execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and scaling environment.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable using data and business metrics to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
• Willingness to travel as required for business, market, stakeholder, or operational requirements.
• High ownership, adaptability, and a proactive approach to solving complex business and technology challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
