Job Title: Process Expert – Organization & Rewards Data Management
Location: Hyderabad, India
Process Expert responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of organizational and rewards data across a global HR ecosystem. In this role, you will be a partner with HR Business Partners, Rewards COE, and Digital & Technology teams to manage organizational structures, position data, and compensation information within SuccessFactors. Your Key Responsibilities
- Expertise in managing organizational structures, position data, and enterprise hierarchy data while maintaining high data quality standards.
- Strong hands-on experience with HRIS data maintenance, organizational changes, and employee data management in SuccessFactors.
- Experience supporting compensation processes, compensation data validation, and mass payout administration.
- Ability to perform audits, validations, reporting, and data analysis to improve data accuracy and business decision-making.
- Proven capability to collaborate effectively with HR Business Partners, Rewards COE, and Digital teams in a global environment.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement, compliance, controls, and establishing standardized HR data management practices.

You bring
- Bachelor's Degree with 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS, or related HR functions.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes, organizational management, and employee data administration.
- Hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central; knowledge of the SuccessFactors Compensation module is highly desirable.
- Proven background in system change coordination, release management, and testing management within enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, reporting, and data validation methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams and European time zones.
