• Maintain daily attendance records through biometric and manual systems.


• Monitor employee in-time, out-time, absenteeism, late coming, and early leaving.


• Prepare and verify monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.


• Manage employee leave records including casual leave, earned leave, sick leave, and other statutory leaves.


• Coordinate shift scheduling and manpower deployment with departmental heads.


• Generate and share MIS reports related to attendance, absenteeism, and manpower.


• Maintain contract labour attendance and compliance records.


• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, standing orders, and company policies.


• Support HR activities such as onboarding, employee documentation, and statutory audits.
