We are looking for a proactive and data-driven HubSpot CRM Manager to own and optimize our customer relationship management ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in HubSpot CRM and experience working with SaaS businesses, enabling sales, marketing, and customer success teams through process automation, CRM optimization, and actionable insights.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable CRM systems, streamlining workflows, and leveraging technology to improve customer engagement and business performance. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure the CRM becomes a strategic driver of growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and optimize the HubSpot CRM platform to support sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
• Design and maintain CRM architecture, including pipelines, lifecycle stages, custom properties, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Automate lead management, customer onboarding, follow-ups, email campaigns, and sales processes using HubSpot tools.
• Ensure high standards of CRM data quality by implementing governance practices, deduplication processes, and regular audits.
• Build insightful reports and dashboards to track sales performance, marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and business KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead conversion, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
• Integrate HubSpot with third-party SaaS applications, marketing platforms, and internal business systems.
• Support CRM migrations, data imports, segmentation strategies, and user access management.
• Train internal stakeholders on CRM best practices and drive user adoption across departments.
• Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, process improvements, and technology adoption to enhance business productivity.
• Monitor CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams for system enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features, SaaS trends, and CRM best practices to continuously improve business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience managing HubSpot CRM in a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
• Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, workflows, automation, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Experience configuring CRM pipelines, custom objects, properties, lead scoring, and lifecycle management.
• Solid understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle, subscription metrics, and revenue operations.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party applications using APIs, Zapier, or native integrations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data and generate business insights.
• Excellent knowledge of CRM data management, segmentation, and governance practices.
• Familiarity with email marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• HubSpot certifications in Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, or CRM Administration.
• Experience with CRM migration projects and large-scale data management.
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools for reporting and analysis.
• Exposure to RevOps, customer success platforms, and SaaS analytics.
• Understanding of API integrations and no-code automation tools.
