Job Description - Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and ensuring policy adherence.

  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.

  • Support performance management through goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on key HR metrics.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.



Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.

  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
