ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people -oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources
team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in HR and gain hands -on
experience across recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and people
processes.

the fundamentals of Human Resources in a fast -paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the end -to -end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview
coordination, and candidate communication.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social platforms, and headhunting to
build a strong talent pipeline.
• Keep track of applicants throughout the hiring process and ensure timely communication and
updates to candidates.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data with accuracy and
confidentiality.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and internal HR initiatives.
• Provide day -to -day HR administrative support and assist with various HR projects.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with employees and candidates to deliver
a positive people experience.
REQUIREMENT:
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
• Should have a passion for sourcing great minds and achieving results.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Must be able to meet recruitment deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Must possess impeccable communication (verbal and written both) and interpersonal skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related
discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is an added advantage.
• Freshers or candidates with up to one year of internship or work experience are welcome to
apply.
