Job Description - Human Resource Generalist

JOB DESIGNATION : Human Resources Generalist

 

Overview of the Role: The HR Generalist will be
responsible for providing effective and efficient human resource operations
aligned with the departmental goals. HR will be responsible for the effective
deployment of core HR processes at all levels.

 

Key Responsibilities: Day -to -day job will consist of
managing end to end employee life cycle including below:

 

EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT :

  • Recruitment :

 i) Posting jobs ,
screening candidates , co -ordinating with line managers to schedule interviews
, tracking interview progress status across all job openings.

 ii) Collaborate with
recruitment vendors for specialized HR deliverables.

  • Onboarding : Documentation & Database updates , Conduct
    Inductions/Orientation sessions.
  • Learning
    and Development :

 i) Partner with line
managers to align training for career development.

 ii) Evaluate training
effectiveness, Report training status to management.

  • Engagement
    activitives :
    Organize employee engagement activities and reward &
    recognition programs.
  • Employee
    Relations :
    Conduct monthly formal One ON One sessions understand
    & report the challenges.
  • Employee
    Grievance Handling :
    Handle employee queries and route employee
    grievances to line managers / management.
  • Payroll
    preparation :
    Monthly Attendance & Leave Management & address
    salary -related queries from employees.
  • Employee
    Separation :
    Retention efforts, exit interviews, and settlements.

 

HR OPERATIONS :

  • Prepare
    experience and relieving letters.
  • Conduct
    exit interviews and maintain employee records.
  • Ensure
    compliance with HR policies and maintain data integrity.
  • Support
    various HR projects, including diversity and inclusion programs and
    employee surveys.
  • Provide
    ongoing support on HR -related matters, policies, and procedures &
    Ensure compliance with labor laws.

 

JOB SCHEDULE :

Employment type : Full Time

Office hours : Monday to Friday @ 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

No of days working in a week : 5 days

Week -off : Saturday & Sunday

Work from home option : Not available

Office Location : Neil Rao Towers, EPIP Zone ,
Whitefiled , Banaglore - 66

CTC package : 6 to 7 lacs based on experience

 

Job Criteria

  • Minimum
    of 4 years of relevant and related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s
    degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
  • Additional
    experience may be substitute for an advanced Degree.
